Vision 50

Vision 50 is our Strategy to make Seven Hills an unrivaled educational leader by our 50^th anniversary in 2012, with a program that fully recognizes that the future lies with our children by developing highly skilled, inquisitive, empowered students prepared to thrive in our dynamic and diverse world.

Goals

• Students - Promote the social, emotional and intellectual development of our students through the expansion of our science, expressive and performing arts and physical education programs.  Provide students with on-going training to resolve conflicts, solve problems and contribute to the community.

• Faculty  - Further our innovative teacher development and mentoring programs, and implement new evaluation and competitive compensation systems that encourage leadership, professional growth and collegiality to attract and retain outstanding faculty.

• Facilities - Support our students and faculty with expanded and renovated Middle School facilities and a Lower School Science Center.

• Financial - Raise our Endowment to $5 million to provide greater financial strength, credibility and flexibility, and provide further support to our tuition assistance and faculty professional development programs.

• Families - Expand our diverse and inclusive community while promoting respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with our extended community and the environment.
