• Request Info Packet / Tour Sign-up
Applications received after January 31, 2012 will be considered on a
space-available basis.
- Get and Information Packet or Schedule a Parent Tour:
Sign-up online or call (925) 933-0666 to sign
up for a Campus Tour.
- Submit
Application and $100 ($125 for International Students) Application
Fee on-line.
- Parent Interview: The Director of Admissions will call to
schedule this meeting beginning in early February.
- Student Visits: You will receive a phone call from the
Director of Admissions to schedule your child’s visit.
Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten: You and your child will be
invited to spend 30 minutes visiting the class. Teachers will be available to
address questions or concerns.
Kindergarten: Your child
will be invited to come for a scheduled Saturday visit in February. The morning,
hour and a half long visit also includes an individual evaluation.
1st Grade: Your child will be invited to come for a
half-day class visit, which also includes an individual evaluation.
2nd-8th Grade: Your child will be invited for a
full-day class visit.
- Student Testing - 2nd - 8th grades:
Our Test Administrator will contact you to schedule test dates in early
January. Students applying to 6th-8th grade must take the ISEE, which is given nationwide. Please have these test results sent directly
to the Admissions Office at Seven Hills.
- Request Teacher Recommendations from your child’s teachers:
Forms should be mailed directly from the teacher(s) to the Seven Hills School
Admissions Office. Blank forms are included in the Admissions packet and
on-line. Seven Hills requires recommendations from the following
teachers:
-Your child’s current teacher
-Your child’s teacher from last year
-For PS/PK: Please use the Kindergarten Teacher Recommendation
Form.

- Submit School Records:
Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten: Please submit
copies of any summaries or progress reports.
1st - 8th Grades: Please submit copies of your child’s
report cards for the past two years, in addition to this year’s most recent
report card. Please include any testing results.
- Provide Optional Photos: Photos are very helpful and
appreciated by the Admissions Committee
