We're excited that you're considering Seven Hills for your student. Our admissions team is eager to build a relationship with your family, get to know your child, and support you through the process.

The 2026-2027 school year application deadline is January 15, 2026. Decisions will be released on March 19, 2026. Applications received after January 15, 2026 will be considered on a rolling basis as space permits.     Our application process opens each fall for the following school year. We encourage families to apply early, before our January deadline. Applications received by the deadline will be reviewed for March admissions notifications; late applications will be considered on a rolling basis as space permits.

Access Your Application Checklist

After submitting an inquiry or application, log into The JagZone to access your personalized digital checklist. This tool will guide you through each step of the admissions process, including scheduling assessments, parent interviews, and teacher recommendations.

We look forward to getting to know you, your student, and what matters to your family. The parent interview is also an opportunity for you to get to know us, ask questions, and determine if our mission and approach are the right fit for you.

To ensure timely consideration, all checklist items must be completed by the end of February.

  • Preschool

    To be eligible for our Preschool program, children must be three years old by December 1, 2026, and fully potty-trained.
    • Campus Tour: Register online for one of our Early Childhood Education (ECE) campus tours from our homepage or, if applicable, from your digital checklist. Unless otherwise noted, tours are for parents only.
    • Classroom Visit: Once you’ve submitted an online application, use the digital checklist to sign up for a parent-student visit.
    • Parent Interview: Schedule a Zoom meeting with a member of our admissions committee. Each family participates in one 30–45-minute interview, and we ask that all parents attend. The sign-up tool is on your digital checklist.
    • Progress Report (if applicable): Upload a progress report using the digital checklist’s upload tool.
    • Teacher Recommendation Form (if applicable): Use the recommendation link on your digital checklist to request a teacher recommendation, which will be submitted directly to Seven Hills
  • Pre-Kindergarten

    • Campus Tour: Register online for an ECE campus tour from our homepage or your digital checklist. Unless otherwise noted, tours are for parents only.
    • Classroom Visit: After submitting an online application, sign up for a parent-student visit through your digital checklist.
    • Parent Interview: Schedule a Zoom interview with a member of our admissions committee. One 30–to 45-minute interview is required per family, and we ask that all parents attend.
    • Progress Report (if applicable): Upload a copy of your child’s preschool or pre-kindergarten report using the upload tool on your digital checklist.
    • Teacher Recommendation Forms: Request two teacher recommendations (one from the current teacher and one from the previous teacher, if applicable) through the recommendation link on your digital checklist. These will be submitted directly to Seven Hills.
  • Kindergarten

    • Campus Tour: Register online for one of our K-5 campus tours from our homepage or your digital checklist. Unless otherwise noted, tours are for parents only.
    • Student Visit: After submitting an online application, sign up for a student visit through your digital checklist. The visit includes a small-group developmental screening and a classroom experience.
    • Parent Interview: Schedule a Zoom interview with a member of our admissions committee. One 30–45-minute interview is required per family, and we ask that all parents attend.
    • Report Card (if applicable): Upload a copy of your child’s preschool/pre-kindergarten progress report using the digital checklist’s upload tool.
    • Teacher Recommendation Forms: Request two teacher recommendations (one from the current teacher and one from the previous teacher, if applicable) through your digital checklist. These will be submitted directly to Seven Hills.
  • Grades 1-5

    • Campus Tour: Register online for one of our K-5 campus tours from our homepage or your digital checklist. Unless otherwise noted, tours are for parents only.
    • Student Visit: Once you’ve submitted an online application, sign up for a student visit through your digital checklist.
    • Assessment: Students will complete a grade-level math and reading assessment during their visit.
    • Parent Interview: Schedule a Zoom interview with a member of our admissions committee. One 30–45-minute interview is required per family, and we ask that all parents attend.
    • Report Cards: Upload copies of your child’s current and previous year’s report cards as a single document using the digital checklist’s upload tool.
    • Teacher Recommendation Forms: Request two teacher recommendations (one from the current teacher and one from the previous teacher) through your digital checklist. These will be submitted directly to Seven Hills.
  • Grades 6-8

    • Campus Tour: Register online for a Middle School campus tour from our homepage or your digital checklist. Unless otherwise noted, tours are for parents only.
    • Classroom Visit: After submitting an online application, use the scheduling tool on your checklist to sign up for a visit day.
    • Assessments: Students will complete Seven Hills' in-house assessments during their visit day.
    • Parent Interview: Schedule a Zoom interview with a member of our admissions committee. One 30–to 45-minute interview is required per family, and we ask that all parents attend. The sign-up tool is on your digital checklist.
    • Report Cards: Upload copies of your child’s current and previous year’s report cards as a single document using the digital checklist’s upload tool.

Explore Modified Tuition

Seven Hills is committed to fostering a socio-economically diverse student body. Our Modified Tuition program helps make a Seven Hills education accessible to families for whom tuition might otherwise be a barrier. We partner with Clarity to assess each family's ability to pay tuition, ensuring a fair and objective process.
