Emily Wight

Emily is the engine behind many of Seven Hills’ strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects across departments and divisions run smoothly and effectively. She works closely with the Head of School and leadership team, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating special projects, and keeping calendars—and people—aligned. As a liaison to the Board of Trustees, she fosters connections between school leadership and governance. Emily also brings Development expertise to her role as Director of the Capital Campaign. When she’s not orchestrating behind-the-scenes logistics, you can find her exploring local parks and hikes, treasure-hunting at thrift stores, and spending time with family and friends.
