Middle School

As students enter Middle School, Physical Education evolves into our dynamic Sports & Wellness program—designed to help them grow into confident athletes, resilient individuals, and collaborative teammates. Through a mix of individual and team sports, goal-setting, and health education, students begin to take ownership of their physical well-being and explore how fitness fits into their lives beyond school.
The curriculum is anchored in year-long themes that promote whole-child development. Each grade level introduces a unique focus, brought to life through thoughtfully selected games and challenges. Students are encouraged to take healthy risks—whether trying a new sport, pursuing a personal goal, or stepping into a leadership role. With support from teachers and peers, they discover that growth often begins at the edge of their comfort zone.

Middle School Program Goals:
