Daphna Klugman

Director of Early Childhood Education
Daphna leads Seven Hills’ Reggio-inspired Early Childhood Education (ECE) program, overseeing our Preschool (Rainbow) and Pre-Kindergarten (Red Barn) classrooms, as well as licensing and teaching teams. With over 20 years of experience in private, public, and nonprofit education, she brings deep expertise in trauma-informed care and healing-centered learning. She first joined Seven Hills as a Red Barn teacher and has since been instrumental in advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives and creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where families feel supported in their journey of parenting young children. Outside of school, she loves dancing, foraging for wildflowers and mushrooms, inventing creative meals from leftovers, and singing duets with her husband to their daughter.
