Dr. Kristina Wright

Director of Strategic Priorities and Community Connection
Kristina joined Seven Hills in 2025, bringing over two decades of experience in education and nonprofit leadership. She leads efforts to integrate the school’s strategic plan into daily life, ensuring that priorities like inclusion, diversity, and belonging are deeply embedded in our community. Before Seven Hills, she served as Vice President for Student Success at the Making Waves Education Foundation. Kristina holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC. She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections within the Seven Hills community and beyond. Outside of work, she cherishes time spent with her family—her husband, sons (Class of '24 and '30), and bernedoodle—as well as reading, crafting, and soaking up the sun.
