Buddy Program

One of the most beloved traditions at Seven Hills, the Buddy Program pairs older and younger students in cross-grade friendships that last all year—and often far beyond.
Imagine a kindergartner’s face lighting up when their 4th grade buddy arrives for story time or an 8th grader helping their ECE buddy navigate a nature walk. These pairings give older students a deep sense of responsibility and show younger students what it means to be part of a larger community. It’s leadership in action—and joy in its purest form!
