Performing Arts & Music

On the Seven Hills Stage

Our Performing Arts Program cultivates a lifelong love of the arts, builds life skills, and connects individuals and the community through creative expression. At Seven Hills, performing arts are a cornerstone of student growth, helping learners build confidence, strengthen public speaking skills, and express themselves. Through music, theater, movement, and instrumental performance, students explore a range of artistic forms in a supportive environment.

From their first song in Kindergarten to ensemble performances in Middle School, students engage in a project-based curriculum that encourages artistic exploration and resilience. Whether singing, acting, playing instruments, or composing digital music, students are empowered to take creative risks and collaborate with others.

With both formal and informal performance opportunities throughout the year—such as assemblies, class productions, and community events—students gain confidence and stage presence. Our state-of-the-art theater provides the perfect space to showcase their talents and deepen their connection to the Seven Hills community.

Seven Hills Performing Arts Values

  • Self-Expression and Creativity: Students are encouraged to explore artistic ideas—composing music, writing scripts, or adapting existing works—in an environment where creativity thrives.
  • Collaboration: Working in groups or ensembles, students learn to listen to others, respond to cues, and synchronize with fellow performers, growing as communicators and collaborators.
  • Character Building: The performing arts teach discipline, perseverance, and the value of practice. As students refine their skills, they gain confidence and appreciate the rewards of dedication.
  • Community Building: Regular performances offer students the chance to share their talents with peers, families, and the broader community. From Green and White Day to concerts, plays, and recitals, students experience the pride and belonging that come from shining on stage.
