At Seven Hills, learning a new language is more than memorizing vocabulary and grammar—it’s a window into new cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking. Our World Language program invites students into the joy of language learning through immersive experiences in a warm and supportive environment.
From Kindergarten through 8th grade, students build confidence in listening, speaking, reading, and writing as they sing songs, play games, tell stories, and explore global traditions. These immersive activities make language acquisition feel natural and meaningful.
Through the study of Spanish, French, or Japanese, students come to see language as a bridge, connecting them to new cultures, perspectives, and people. In doing so, they grow as global citizens and lifelong learners of language and culture.

Early Childhood
In ECE, world language learning emerges naturally from the rich diversity of our community. Families are invited to share songs, stories, and traditions in their home languages, giving children meaningful exposure to a variety of languages through music and storytelling.Read More -

Our Lower School Spanish program lays a joyful, natural foundation for language learning. Through games, songs, and stories, students absorb Spanish vocabulary and build confidence in speaking. Middle School
Read MoreIn Middle School, students can continue their Spanish studies or branch out to explore French or Japanese. Each language path offers a rich blend of communication and cultural discovery, led by passionate World Language faculty who bring energy, creativity, and real-world connections into the classroom.
