Sign Up for a Virtual Information Session or Campus Tour

We encourage you to learn more about our school and our programs at one of our virtual information sessions and campus tours. Please click on the Info/Tour button to select and register for one of these events.

Submit an Enrollment Application

The application process begins each fall for the next school year. We encourage candidates to apply early and prior to our January application deadline. Families who meet the January application deadline will receive admission notification in March. Applications received after the deadline will be considered on a rolling basis, as space allows.

Each enrollment decision is based on the results of an online application, previous school records, an admissions assessment (K-8
th), teacher recommendations, and a parent interview. The process is easy to follow with an individualized Admissions Checklist.

A $100 non-refundable application fee is due upon submitting the application. A fee waiver is available upon request.

Access Your Digital Application Checklist

After you submit an inquiry or application, simply log into The JagZone, our online portal, to access your child’s digital application checklist. Please use this checklist to schedule your student’s admission assessment and meetings.

Additionally, your checklist will provide instructions for requesting teacher recommendations and uploading report cards. Teacher recommendations and report cards may be uploaded before completing an online application. Parent interviews, visits, and assessments must be scheduled after completing an online application. Please complete all items on the checklist before the end of February.

Click below to preview the checklist steps for each grade level. Please contact the Admissions Office with specific questions.

Consider Modified Tuition

In our ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Seven Hills values a socio-economically diverse student body. The goal of Seven Hills' Modified Tuition program is to attract and retain qualified students for whom a Seven Hills education might normally be out of reach.

Seven Hills uses School and Student Services (SSS) and the Seven Hills Supplemental Form to help assess a family’s ability to pay tuition and to promote objectivity and consistency in financial aid determinations. In order to be considered for Modified Tuition, families must follow all stated deadlines and requirements.

The Modified Tuition application deadline is December 15, 2022 for current families, and January 15, 2023 for new applicant families.

Admission Decisions

Admission decisions will be communicated to families by Seven Hills on March 16, 2023. Check your child’s portal in The JagZone for notification of your admission decision. Tuition Assistance decisions will be communicated at the same time. Though independent schools agree not to host public events during the week after decisions are posted, you are encouraged to reach out to us if you would like to visit one last time or to talk with anyone within our community.
