Access Your Digital Application Checklist
After you submit an inquiry or application, simply log into The JagZone to access your child’s digital application checklist. Please use this checklist to schedule your student’s admission assessment and meetings. Additionally, your checklist will provide instructions for requesting teacher recommendations and uploading report cards. Teacher recommendations and report cards may be uploaded before completing an online application. Parent interviews and assessments must be scheduled AFTER completing an online application. Please complete all items on the checklist before the end of February.

Please note that during the 2020-21 school year, the Admissions Office will modify some of the checklist steps to ensure that COVID safety guidelines are in place. Please contact the Admissions Office with specific questions.
Admission decisions will be communicated to families by The Seven Hills School (and all East Bay Independent Schools) on March 18, 2021. Check your portal in The JagZone for notification of your admission decision. Tuition Assistance decisions will be communicated at the same time. Though independent schools agree not to host public events during the week after decisions are posted, you are encouraged to reach out to us if you would like to visit one last time or talk with anyone within our community.
