An internationally recognized educational speaker on issues of diversity, inclusion and global citizenship, Derrick Gay will help parents explore the question, "Will your child be ready for the 21st century?  Many parents inadvertently prepare their child to live in the parents' childhood world, rather than the 21st-century global society that the child will actually inherit. What skills do today's children need to excel in the current global reality? The ability to communicate effectively across difference is a non-negotiable for 21st-century global citizens who will matriculate into an international collegiate experience and a multicultural professional and social environment.
